PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Notice for all shipments (damaged during shipping): Please inspect your
package/merchandise carefully for any possible damage in transit. Should any damage
be detected, please contact the shipping agent (UPS, FedEX, or USPS) within 5 business
days to file a report. You will be given instructions on how to proceed with a claim. Please
do NOT return your package to The Larkin Edge as this will void all claims.
Defects in material and/or workmanship: We fully warrant all of our products against any
defects in materials or workmanship. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you find
any defects not related to damages in shipping within 10 days of delivery, please contact
us. Items that have been used can not be returned.
TRACKING:
We do not, as a rule, give out tracking numbers on orders because of the prevalence of
fraud on orders placed over the internet. There are too many thieves out there who steal a
credit card number, order online and then use the tracking number to wait at the
customer's home address to 'pick up' the package. We had to install this policy to protect
you and ourselves. If a tracking number is absolutely required, we will provide one if you
fax us a copy of a utility bill from your billing address, showing your name and billing
address.
RETURN POLICY:
All returns must be pre-approved. All returns for other than defects or damages are
subject to a restocking fee (*) and the purchaser pays shipping charges. Refunds or
exchanges will not be given on items returned more than 10 days after delivery. All
returns must have an RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization). Returns will not be
accepted without an RGA#. No credit will be given for shipping charges.

PRIVACY:
We do not store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. We
use the information that you provide for billing, shipping & delivery information only.
The Larkin Edge does not share any customer information and it is not our policy to spam.
SECURITY:
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order.
Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card
company during order processing.
